โœ… Returns Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unusedundamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • All original accessories, manuals, and documentation are included.
  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is provided.

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-built or specially configured systems
  • Items damaged due to misusenegligence, or unauthorised installation
  • Items returned after the 14-day return period

    If eligible, our support team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions for return.
  3. Courier Collection
    We will arrange for the item to be collected via The Courier Guy โ€” at no cost to you.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
  • If the item is returned in a damaged or incomplete condition, a reasonable deduction may apply.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will offer a free replacement or a full refund if a replacement is not possible.
