- Orders are typically processed within 0 to 24 hours of payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Once dispatched, delivery generally takes 3–4 working days within South Africa, depending on your location.
- Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
📦 2. Delivery Partner & Tracking
- We use The Courier Guy as our primary delivery partner for domestic shipping.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking (waybill) number so you can follow your parcel in real-time.
- For bulk or cross-border deliveries, we may use trusted logistics partners such as DHL, Aramex, or SkyNet.
